This is my baby. This was developed using Flash AS 2.0, AMFPHP (Flash Remoting) and PHP as the backend.

User authentication
Employee area for project summary

Leave request
voucher request
Update personal details for employees
For the administration side, a very extensive reporting system was developed to pinpoint project stages and timelines and to allocate resources accordingly based on these reports
Adding new projects in the database
Manage employee details and to reset passwords
This application also sends emails automatically using the PEAR packages for leave requests and password resets.

This was developed for Primus AOL while I was working there.

I had never used InnoDB as a database in MySQL, but with a little bit of R&D it was cool
Customized the Flash Datagrid
Application size autoresizes according to the height. Thanks to Mustardlab
